To return your product, please complete the returns form in the link below. 


After submitting the returns form, a customer service agent will contact you within 1-2 business days. 

If you are eligible for a return, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label PDF (portable document format). The shipping label is to be printed out and attached to the outside of your return package. 

The returns package must then be dropped off at a USPS Post Office or USPS Approved Postal Provider. To find a location nearest you: https://tools.usps.com/go/POLocatorAction!input.action

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
